November 15 is the Day of the Employer celebrated in the Republic of Kazakhstan since 2022. Talgar Polytechnic College did not stay away from this event. The purpose of the round table was to strengthen effective cooperation with employers in the field of personnel training, conversations were held with visiting partners. The head of the college, Bakyt Baymuratkyny Kalykova, listened attentively to the proposals of the partners and decided to engage in good joint projects in the future. The unique offers of the partners are the discovery of professions that are in demand on the market, professional development of craftsmen working on their own, the creation of joint projects, etc. During the Round Table, Shalabayeva Almagul Birzhanovna, a representative of GUNN STROY SERVICE LLP, made a proposal to open and teach the construction profession at Talgar Polytechnic College in the future. This was announced by the director of Talgar Polytechnic College M.A. Bakhyt Baymuratovna. The issue was raised with the deputy head of the regional department of education Gulsara Tastandievna, he said that the issue of developing a training program for new professions, obtaining a license and approving the register was raised. In addition, it is planned to build. laboratories and workshops for new professions on the site of the old buildings of Talgar Polytechnic College. General Director of AKNM TK LLP – Tleubai Yerbolat Kanatuly joined his colleagues and said that there is a shortage of professions “Geologist”, “Sailor”, “Master of mining equipment”, and also that there are machines in their production facilities with the help of these machines to meet the requirements of a new era. He said that there is a shortage of workers, a shortage of qualified specialists, a lack of interest in work among graduates of higher educational institutions, students who came for an internship, and others. He offered Talgar Polytechnic College to teach one of these specialties. In response to this proposal, the director of Talgar Polytechnic College M.A. Bakhyt Baimuratkyny noted that, compared with the university, colleges pay more attention to practice, and since the educational program is created jointly with partners, the experience and work ethic of future Specialists say that the chance of opening is high. Yerbolat Kanatuly said that he wants to contribute to the development of the mission of “New Kazakhstan” to create a path of renewal and revival, and that he came to today’s meeting specifically to open the necessary professions at Talgar Polytechnic College, work intensively, improve the qualifications of graduates of future organizations of technical and vocational education, provide them with jobs.
